Ivy Cottage

Cottage Rates

2009 from £260 to £540 per week

These prices are based for up to three/four people:

In the Winter Season from mid-October to the end of April, the cottage can be booked for a minimum of two nights.

In the Summer Season from the beginning of May to early October, the cottage can be booked on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday.

Although we can be very busy in the summer season, it is still worth checking availabilty at short notice, as occasionally we do receive cancellations. The required booking period can be flexible- contact us with your needs and we'll do our best to accomodate them!

The cottage is available for both Christmas and New Year

What's included:

All electricity (not metered)

Gas central heating already on for your arrival in winter

Bed linen & Towels Beds are made up for you before you arrive

Hot water is provided by a combination boiler and is in constant supply

Permenant Mothercare Cot and High Chair Should you require them

There are no meters within Ivy Cottage.

Conditions:

A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid upon arrival.

We operate a non-smoking and no pets policy within the cottage.

Bed and Breakfast Rates

Double occupancy from £55

Single occupancy from £35

For bookings in advance we require a £20 deposit payment by cash or cheque (to Ivy Cottage).
